To remove the ribbon cartridge: press the orange button up to eject the ribbon cartridge.

In theory, ink cartridge should be stored at 0-5°C. For the finished product, it should be stored at 25°C. But in fact, it is okay if the ink cartridge and photo paper don't close to the heat source and don't be exposed directly to sunlight. Normal storage generally doesn't matter. The finished photo paper and ribbon cartridge can be stored normally.

In this way, there shouldn't be much problem with by air/express. The sea shipment conditions are relatively harsh, so it should not fall into the scope of normal storage. If you still want to ship the ribbon cartridge and photo paper out by sea, then please use its refrigerated container. Thanks.
