2023 ITMA | The new HPRT digital textile printers debuted

DA18FS Hybrid Online Sizing Flat Bed Screen Digital Textile Printer is a mixed process printing machine that integrates rotary screen online sizing, digital printing and flat screen printing, which can achieve high-definition quality for all kinds of printing. This model has 64 Kyocera industrial-grade printheads, multi-printhead combination of digital high-speed printing, 2 PASS mode production capacity of up to 1080 square meters / hour, high efficiency, low cost, multi-process flexible combination to create excellent printing quality, ultra-cost-effective to meet the needs of mass printing production.
The machine adopts high-speed digital printing technology equipped with mature on-line pulping flat screen machine, through a special combination and control system, so that digital, flat net, on-line pulping mechanism and other combination systems work in perfect coordination, give full play to the advantages of each system, maximize production capacity, adapt to large-scale high-quality printing production, and at the same time can use flat screen to achieve special or custom processes.
In addition, this series of models also uses the mature "wet beating" printing technology, which improves the permeability of printing ink on the wet slurry, reduces the amount of ink, and at the same time obtains uniform and full color, improves color saturation and ink tinting rate. In addition, DA18FS Hybrid also has a self-developed control system, an integrated design of the machine base, a tension-free uninterrupted cloth feeding mechanism, sizing and digital automatic flower alignment, tension-free drying and other system combinations to run smoothly, paving the way for mass printing production.
DA186T Plus High-speed Roll-to-roll Dye Sublimation Digital Textile Printer is specially designed for sublimation printing, using sublimation processing technology, direct production process, rich pattern color, excellent printing quality to enhance the use of consumer experience, to help industry users achieve a win-win situation in quality and cost.
This series of models has 24 Kyocera industrial-grade printheads, with a production capacity of up to 1080 square meters per hour in 1 pass mode, and the hard-core printhead brings higher production capacity, 6 colors are optional, the color gamut is wider, bringing more color combination capabilities, and the printhead production capacity is maximized through a special combination and control system, which comprehensively improves the printing efficiency for users with a large number of daily business orders.
The DA186T Plus also uses "dispersed ink, high-temperature dispersed ink" through a unique drive design, ink supply system design, etc., to make the ink drop jetting more accurate, bringing users image-level output quality. In addition, this model also has the ingenuity of operation convenience, automatic nozzle cleaning system, moisturizing system and other designs to reduce the risk of printhead clogging, further improve the output stability of the equipment, and make it possible for one person to operate the machine.
DA188SL PRO MAX Pretreatment Online Conveying-belt Direct to Fabric Digital Textile Printer is developed for paint printing, which provides a one-stop paint printing solution to save production processes, improve efficiency and printing quality.
This model has 18 industrial-grade printheads, with a production capacity of up to 270 square meters per hour in 2 pass mode, with high speed and stability, racing against time to create production value. The model also realizes the online pretreatment process of the paint through the unique drive and ink supply system design, and integrates the pre-treatment sizing process on one machine, which can save the use of ink, and at the same time make the printing color more vivid and the color saturation higher.
